The Paris-Saint-Germain requires fruits and vegetables for his players

Since the food has an important role in the performance of athletes, the football team Paris-Saint-Germain, PSG, has dictated strict rules for their athletes.
A list of specifications for hoteliers who give hospitality to Parisians players during the away games, describes in details the requirements of the club. Do not cook the pasta in advance, never use margarine, no mayonnaise, no fried, use only organic eggs from free-range chickens, organic meat, fresh fish products.
The proposed menus should encourage the consumption of vegetables, and buffets should be well provided with them. In all transfers for the away games, the chef of the club is in charge to supervise the work of the cooks of the hotel and ensure strict compliance with the recommendations.
The players' minibar must not include any alcoholic beverages and must be provided with sufficient quantities of mineral water (still and sparkling) and a selection of soft drinks. Last requirement: a selection of whole fruit and sliced fruit must be available in all rooms, and renewed daily.
