The port of Almeria multiplies its links with the English ports

Maritime links will allow to increase the volumes exported by the Andalusian port of Almeria.
The new line with Felixstowe and Southampton next agreement confirms the power rise of Almería port.
In the Andalusian port of Almería, a new shipping line has just been implemented. The line will offer a weekly service, with departures every Tuesday to the English port of Felixstowe (the third port of the country). Ships will be able then join Rotterdam, Hamburg, Baltic ports and Russia.
Another project, conducted with Southampton Fruit Handling, is an agreement between the ports of Almeria and Southampton (UK second terminal containers). A delegation of British professionals came to meet his Spanish counterparts, negotiations are at an advanced stage and should quickly lead to an agreement.
