German retailer Edeka will launch its subsidiary Edeka C + C in Switzerland.
Following Aldi and Lidl, a third retailer from Germany, Edeka, is entering Switzerland.
Edeka is expected to arrive in Switzerland in the middle of the year, with the retailer trading through its Edeka C +
C subsidiary which offers thousands of productss to restaurants and caterers.
By entering the Swiss food market Edeka will compete with local wholesalers Howeg Scana, owned by Coop and Migros.
