LIVE from Fruit Attraction : CORPEI coordinates for the 2nd time participation of companies from Ecuador

In Hall 6, the space occupied by Ecuador is significant. For the 2nd time CORPEI (Corporación de Promoción de Exportaciones e Inversiones) directs and coordinates the participation of companies exporting bananas and exotic fruits.

This year around 45 Ecuadorian companies exporting bananas and exotic fruits are participating in Fruit Attraction. As well as 4 structures which pursue the objective of positioning Ecuador's exportable offer on international markets.

The structures present are: MPCEIP 'Ministerio de Producción, Comercio Exterior, Inversiones y Pesca), CORPEI (Corporación de Promoción de Exportaciones e Inversiones), AEBE (Asociación de Exportadores de Banano del Ecuador), ACORBANEC (Asociación de Comercialización de Banano y Export ).

According to Ecuadorian professionals Fruit Attraction is the ideal event to reconnect with the main players in the fruit and vegetable marketing chain in Europe, after months of exchanges and virtual conversations.

The classic show, face-to-face, reinforces the confidence of buyers. "There is nothing like being able to see the fruit, taste it and sit down with the client," commented Luis Montoya, director of Corpei Capital, who heads the delegation.
