The company export to many countries: in Asia (HK China Vietnam India…), in Eastern Europe (Russia, Ukraine…) Middle east countries, in Europe…
Mr Rostom is vey positive about opportunities for Egyptian agriculture:
“The Egyptian government is doing a lot of efforts to support the export. They keep the currency low and this help to support tourism, export, and investment in the stock-market. I think this is very good for our market.
Other facts have shown dynamism of Egypt. Government has set up new regulations in order to push investments. Also the double way in Suez Canal opened 2 years ago is another great sign of dynamism. Now Egypt is in the process of launching a new high-speed railway linking the Mediterranean and the Red Sea with an investment of LE 55 billion ( 2.6 billion € - US $ 3.1 billion )
Egyptian population is also growing rapidly. We have 105 millions inhabitants today, and experts forecast 160 millions by 2050. Our agriculture needs to be strong to feed them all.
Egypt is a land of opportunities”
