Strawberries are early this year , particularly in the Lot-et-Garonne where the product is more than 15 days in advance .

The mild winter, frost free and warm temperatures since the beginning of the year have caused this unprecedented advance. Also the fruit is of good size and already sweetened . The Gariguette strawberries " Label Rouge" already displayed exceptional sugar ( 8.5) for early fruit.

LES PAYSANS DE ROUGELINE is the brand created by the producers of the South of France ( Provence region , Roussillon, South West) who have come together to share their expertise . They cultivate Fruits & Vegetables in the ground (about 500 hectares salads, kiwis , tomatoes, grapes, wheat, corn, strawberries) but also in greenhouses ( approximately 280 hectares : tomatoes, strawberries, cucumbers ) .
