Food Safety Summit held in Washington

The sixth annual Food Safety Summit and Exhibition took place recently in Washington. Nearly 2,000 executives of food manufacturers, food processors, restaurant chains, retailers and suppliers gathered for the event. Food safety and bioterrorism was one the main topics on the agenda.
