Macfrut show is booming !

From May 8th to 12th, more than 30 000 visitors and 600 exhibitors attended the Macfrut show in Cesena, Italy. Fructidor, which has been chosen in 1999 by the largest Italian fruit and vegetable show to support its development, has been able to judge the event's dynamism. This year again, Macfrut has shown it is the reference show for our industry gathering the biggest Italian consortiums, but also subsidiary industries (calibrators, quality controls, logistics, product preserving etc...). In addition, the Macfrut Committee has developed a pavilion entirely devoted to organic farming. "Macfrut's strategy towards internationalisation bears fruit" Co-operating with Fructidor, the show's management committee is being developing Macfrut's international nature. Year after year, Macfrut's promotion is made through what professionals acknowledge as the best communication tool in Europe. Today, more than 150 exhibitors, that is to say 25% and 15% of visitors (4 500 visitors) come from abroad. More than 80 foreign delegations were invited. They were notably coming from Morocco, Egypt, India, China, Poland, Russia, etc. ... The edition 2002 of the Macfrut show will remain a big success for all attendees.
