Pro à Pro Distribution, a subsidiary of Colruyt, has taken over wholesaler Ets. Poirette. Poirette is based in the north of France, an area where Colruyt wants to strengthen its presence. Poirette had sales of EUR 7 million in 2004 and employs 35 people.
