New labels have immediate effect on shopping habits

Sales of 'unhealthy' foods have fallen since UK supermarkets started revealing fat, salt and sugar content on labels.
Sales of some ready meals and processed foods have fallen by as much as 40 percent since the supermarkets introduced their new labelling.
The result may force producers to improve the nutritional value of processed foods.
