PotatoEurope 2012 opens

PotatoEurope: 250 exhibitors, 10,000 visitors, two days of exhibitions and demonstrations.

Every 4 years PotatoEurope France brings together the potato industry. The event opens today in Villers-Saint-Christophe (02).

Villers-Saint-Christophe is located in the department of Aisne, in the heart of the main production area. Halfway between Lille, Paris and Reims, it has easy access to 250 exhibitors and the 10,000 visitors expected.

On a site of 40 ha: 4 areas will be covered: water management and fertilisation; storage and conservation; genetic resources and new varieties. There will be demonstrations and an International trade village to meeti with all the operators in the sector.
