New cargo project

Korean Air Co., the second largest cargo carrier in the world, will set up a USD2,6 million joint venture with Air France and Delta, in January 2002. This project will be equally owned by the three airlines and managed by a joint board of directors, whose headquarters are in Atlanta-USA.
