The Swiss fruit & veg channel

The local production covers 27% of the needs in fruit and 41% of the needs in vegetables. Organic production is still low, representing only 5%. On the other hand, 90% of the growers follow an organic process through integrated production. The apricot production has notably increased by 1 000 tons according to CFCE figures. (source : cfce)
