Conad has bought Pelicano's 157 outlets in northern Italy and Sardinia.
Conad supermarkets continues to expand after buying Pellicano, which has a network of outlets concentrated in northern Italy and Sardinia.
Conad has bought the network that operates 157 outlets
spread across several regions of Italy: Piedmont, Lombardy, Liguria and Sardinia. The transaction will be completed between September and October as planned.
