Broccoli is now a well-known product and the snack offers sales opportunities in both the domestic and the export market.
Thanks to its properties, broccoli is recognised as one of the most nutritious vegetables.
Thai people view this brassica as a premium and delicious vegetable.
The Greenday Family representative explains that the Broccoli Chips are vacuum fried, so they are crunchy and crispy, while all their flavour and nutrients are preserved. The broccoli used in the snack comes from a certified supplier in China.
Mr. Pipatanatikanan comments that Thai consumers have been impressed by the new style of packaging, which is totally different. “They are also surprised by the taste. They expect potato chips with only broccoli flavour.”
