Between January and November 2023, global supplies of Peruvian garlic increased both in volume and value if compared to the same term in 2022, reports Agrodata Perú.
During the initial eleven months of 2023, the country exported 16.555.579 kilos of the veg, worth $26.707.451.
In the same term of 2022, Peru shipped 13.892.262 of garlic, for a total value of $19.381.157.
The main recipients until November 2023 were the United States (40% of the total value), Mexico (34%), Ecuador (13%), Brasil (3%), Australia (3%), Colombia (1%), Polonia (1%), and other countries (5%).
