La Clémentine de Corse IGP can be found only two months of the year.
The harvest has just started and Clémentine de Corse IGP will now be available on shelves.
Ephemeral, the IGP Clémentine de Corse is available only two months of the year in November and December. Clementine is the only IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) produced in France. It is grown the traditional way
in small family farms. The producers let it reach its natural color and maturity on the tree. Picked by hand, it does not undergo any chemical processing after harvest.
This year production is expected to be slightly higher than last year and fruit size also looks promising.
