Zespri renews its agreement for 5 years with the port of Zeebrugge

Zespri has renewed its agreements with the port of Zeebrugge, the official entry point for Zespri kiwifruit in Europe.
Zeebrugge will remain the main entry point into Europe for Zespri products.
Zespri has signed a new 5 year contract with the port of Zeebrugge. According to the agreement that has been in place since 1984, the port of Zeebrugge has given Zespri continues to provide the necessary means for storing, checking and
packing kiwis on their arrival in New Zealand.
The port of Zeebrugge remains European distribution centre for Zespri kiwifruit. Each year, the port receives about 120 000 tons of Zespri kiwifruit, which are then distributed over 25 European markets.
