What is a dynamic weighing line?

A dynamic weighing line is a semi-automated system designed to streamline the packing of products that require minimal sorting or repacking — such as strawberries, raspberries, vine tomatoes, mushrooms, and ready-made meals. Compact and modular, it suits facilities with limited space and allows for tailored configurations.

Among other machines, the line integrates a check weigher and a diverter with a three-lane conveyor. Upon arrival, manually weighed punnets are re-verified by the system. Based on the measured weight:

- Correctly filled punnets continue on Path A;

- Underweight punnets are diverted to Path B for manual adjustment;

- Overweight punnets proceed to Path C for removal of excess.

All adjusted punnets rejoin Path A for further processing.
