Nergi is racing for the Innovation Award 2013

Nergi, the kiwiberry or mini kiwi, is racing for the Innovation Award 2013 at Fruit Logistica.

A new fruit, looking like a kiwi, but similar to a berry, Nergi is the perfect snack. No need to peel it, Nergi can be eaten as a berry. About 3 cm long, Nergi has a rich flavor, halfway a berry and a sweet kiwi.

This year Nergi has been nominated for the Fruit Logistica Innovation Award, so it is competing for the first prize 2013.
