Delegation at Europatat

The board of Europatat, the European Association of Potato, has appointed Raquel Izquierdo de Santiago, the post of Secretary General of the association, with effective from the 1st of October. She succeeds Frederick Rosseneu who served successfully for the past 4 years.

Raquel Izquierdo de Santiago has extensive experience in European affairs, being previously the Director of Food Law, Nutrition and Health Department at Freshfel (the European association) and Additional Secretary in WAPA (the International Association Apple & Pear).

Raquel Izquierdo de Santiago holds a law degree from the University of Salamanca in Spain, her home country, and a Master in European Legal Studies at the University of Leeds in the UK.
