New edition of the operation "Open Orchards"

 

 

This is an opportunity for apple growers to show their craft, their passion to the general public, and explain their ethics production through the eco-responsible Orchards approach. It also allows them to discover how they preserve biodiversity in orchards, and how nature helps them produce beautiful, tasty and healthy fruit.

 

 

 

Organized around an educational trail led by the apple grower, this event often offers free picking, tastings of apples, apple juice and other specialties, workshops for children or meetings with beekeepers.

 

 

 

Depending on the region, the orchards will open this year the weekend of September 8 and 9, the 15 and 16 or September 22 and 23. This year, 46 orchards will participate in the operation throughout France.
