A difficult Autumn-Winter 2002-2003 for salads

The Autumn-Winter 2002-2003 was a difficult period for French salads. Indeed, the season started with a very mild weather that favoured growing, in particular in the south east of the country. Heavy rains and lack of sun led to an excess in the offer, but a poor quality one as salads that grew rapidly were fragile and breakable.
