Food distribution is stepping back

Food distribution with 116 300 retail outlets is in constant drop, the most affected being small stores under 40 m² and also speciality stores. Hypermarkets, supermarkets and discount stores represent only 1,5% of all the stores, but make 30% of the whole food distribution turnover.
