PEIFL will open the nominations for the 2013 Grand Prix Innovafel at Fruit Logistica

The 2013 edition of the first French contest of food innovation in Fruits and Vegetables will be launched at the Fruit Logistica exhibition (Hall 22 Stand 09).

First French competition dedicated to food innovation in Fruits and Vegetables, the Grand Prix Innovafel is organized by the European Innovation Cluster of Fruits & Vegetables (PEIFL) in partnership with the MIFFEL exhibition.

From February 6, companies are invited to submit their products marketed after June 1, 2012 to compete in the Grand Prix Innovafel (registration online on innovafel.com). The competion concerns the innovative food products in their ability to promote the consumption of fresh or processed fruits and vegetables: cooked vegetables, soups, canned and frozen, 4th and 5th range, out of home food service/outside catering products, snacks, juices and smoothies, ingredients, fruit desserts, etc.
