Fresh Rotterdam opened InnoFresh and Freshtec's doors Yesterday

Fresh Rotterdam started a new concept for this year's show. The show is divided into 2 sections: Innofresh which covers the fresh produce industry, and FreshTec which covers new technologies for the fresh produce industry.

The show takes place in Ahoy (Rotterdam's events arena) from september 21 to the 23rd. Apparently FreshTec seem to have attracted more exhibitors as most of the stands are filled with machinery going from slicing machines to cleaning machines.

Walking through the show you will also find companies who work in the deli industry as well as milk related products.
