Higher expected production this year for RIBERA Oranges

The campaign has just started for D.O.P RIBERA oranges. The production is deemed to be excellent and fruits have beautiful templates ( medium and large ).

According to the data collected , production is expected to increase by + 10% compared to the previous season which had totaled 14 000 tonnes for the whole territory of the appellation D.O.P RIBERA.

The harvest began with Navelina variety whose collection will continue for several weeks , then will come the varieties BRASILIANO and WASHINGTON which are expected to mature in mid -December. For them too, the quality is excellent and the planned production increased.

The Consortium ARANCIA DI RIBERA DOP will develop various promotional initiatives in its principal markets (Italy, EU) .
