Morocco, exports rise

Exports of fruit and vegetables from Morocco have significantly improved in the 2007/2008 campaign compared to the previous one, totalling (citrus fruits excluded) 736,725 tons against 643,608 in 2006/2007. On the contrary, Moroccan exports of citrus fruits have decreased to 573,815 tons against 580,672 tons last campaign.
