A new land reform

The president Vladimir Poutine has announced the privatisation of Russian farming lands. This bill concerns 24% of the territory, that is to say 406 million hectares. Land sale to foreigners will be now forbidden, they will only have the possibility to obtain rent lease for a maximum of 49 years.
