SIAL : a must for the food industry

The 19th edition of the SIAL show has just ended and was more dynamic than ever. More than 5000 exhibitors coming from 94 countries and 130 000 visitors from 185 countries participated in this event, which has become the not-to-miss appointment for food industry professionals. Its reputation even goes beyond frontiers as China had a place of honour after having recently joined the WTO.
