MedFEL announces major new releases for 2017

The 9th edition of MedFEL will take place from Tuesday 25th to Thursday 27th of April 2017.

The 9th edition of MedFEL will take place from the 25th to the 27th of April 2017 at the Parc des Expositions in Perpignan. Perpignan will become the capital of the Mediterranean world, combining the French offer with that of countries around the Mediterranean (Spain, Italy, Tunisia, Morocco, etc.).

For the 2017 edition MedFEL launches major new products:

- The offer of organic fruits and vegetables under official sign of quality is considerably enlarged and benefits from a stronger emphasis in terms of signage and conferences.

- MedFEL extends its crop forecasts, national or European depending on the products, to a large part of the production. Forecasts for the harvest of apricot, melon and peache will be combined with crop forecasts for cherries, plums, grapes, strawberries, carrots, leeks, potatoes, tomatoes and cucumber.

- During the 3rd day, MedFEL will serve the exhibiting companies by offering them networking. Companies will be able to meet a selection of profiles linked to the main schools in the region corresponding to the needs of the sector.

- MedFEL will also be more ambitious about the form, opening its doors more to digital technologies to highlight the innovations of the exhibiting companies, but also to bring more interactivity around the debates of MedFEL on the challenges of the Fruits & Vegetables sector.
