Interpoma has reported that the international apple market is changing.

Turbulence for the sector is facing a decline in consumption in its traditional markets in the Russian embargo which halted a major outlet , and an increase in production throughout Europe.

On Interpoma , many experts have expressed their analyzes at conferences and debates.According to them, the "classic"  European markets are saturated, only varieties "club" ( Pink Lady , Honey Crisp ) may register some growth , but for the 10-12 million tons of apples produced , we must "go out of Europe. "Seek new markets in North Africa , the Middle East and Asia .

The markets of the future , those who will increase their consumption are to the south. It's all the trade flows that must be reversed. Other potential growth in traditional markets marketing professionals now have to work with new challenges. For example , focus on consumption patterns , so that the apples arrive to replace the various existing snacks.
