Fall of the price of potatoes

It would seem that a notable fall in the price of potato was recorded on the wholesale markets in England. This could be explained by the consumers' change of food practices , going more and more to ready-to-use products. If the future of the industry of potato is safe, producers will surely have to adapt to a new demand as well as new markets.
