Tomato juice : it's good for dieting !

The tomato is one of the most popular products in the world and no end to discover its many benefits.
Scientists from Taiwan Medical University conducted a study on the tomato juice and its effect on weight loss . For the study 25 healthy women drank one glass of tomato juice daily for 8 weeks. At the end of the study the scientists found an average decrease of 1 inch (2.54 cm) waist circumference of their " guinea pigs ."
This study confirms the Japanese laboratory on food that discovered that tomatoes could effectively enable features to burn more body fat. These researchers reported that tomatoes contain a specific substance unsaturated fatty acids called " 13 -oxo -ODA " that can decrease the amount of fat and activate metabolism , even without exercise.
