Coop continues steady growth

Group Coop has reached 20 billion in revenue and increased the growth of 9% in 2010.

 
Coop has increased its annual profit of 40 million to 470 million francs, an increase of over 9%. For the Group Coop, this steady growth on a solid foundation will be an asset for the future.

 
Coop continued to grow in its heart craft, customer attendance has increased and productivity has improved.

 
Coop has finalized the acquisition of Transgourmet, distribution specialist for food professionals. The company, which will be fully integrated into the accounts of Coop in 2011, achieved a turnover up 6.7% to 6.2 billion Euros (8.1 billion) last year.
