2 tonnes of bananas were delivered to hospitals on Wednesday March 25.
Bratigny, wholesaler subsidiary of the Omer-Decugis Group, in partnership with RMD Transports, a company specializing in the unbundled transport of goods on the Paris-Rungis International Market, has delivered 2 tonnes of bananas to the Créteil and Villeneuve Saint-Georges hospitals.
A symbolic gift that was dear to the hearts of the 2 leaders, Boris Richeux, CEO of Bratigny and Geoffrey Jouvencel, manager of RMD Transport, as a sign of recognition and support for the nursing staff and their admirable work with patients in the midst of the Covid-19 coronavirus epidemic.
"We are really admiring the work done by the nursing staff, on the front line in this vast unprecedented health crisis. With our teams, who are also continuing the work on the MIN of Rungis to ensure the continuous delivery of fruits and vegetables fresh to the population, it seemed natural to offer our Selvatica bananas from Ecuador, a significant dose of energy when we fight every day to fight against the pandemic" specify Boris Richeux and Geoffrey Jouvencel.
