Beginning of grape harvest in Puglia

The grape harvest began early in the Puglia region in southern Italy.

 
This year, production of Puglia has only 20 days of time-lag with the production of Sicily, usually earlier of 45 days.

Since week 23, the harvest began in the region with the variety Black Magic, black grape of uniform and intense color, sugar content is 16 ° Brix. Most of the production is exported to Germany and Austria.
