A difficult start for the campaign

The beginning of the campaign is announced difficult with a fall in the price of tomatoes - 13% on the previous year - sweet peppers and cucumbers. Whereas wholesalers suffer from this situation, the large-scale distribution maintains its objectives thanks to a selling price 3 times higher than what the grower earns ! Products the most affected by inflation are vegetables (+ 19%) whereas the sector's incomes are falling. These afflicting results unfortunately seem to become chronic.
