The professionals from Pyrenees Mediterranean and the agircultural food processing centre of Bologna signed a cooperation agreement Thursday, January 26.
The agreement states allows Pyrenees Mediterranean professionals a presence on the Italian side in the municipality of Bologna and representatives of the Italian organisation will have access to the French side through the director of the platform Pyrenees Mediterranean, the President of the Union of Importers, Exporters, and representatives of carriers the the professional market St. Charles.
This protocol is an economic and trade cooperation to develop a supply
line between the two regions, increasing trade. It is planned to set up logistics more efficiently and environmentally friendly and a combined transport route will be reviewed. The parties also intend to present a joint program to develop the flow of European food products and to participate in European programs together on development issues. The agreement for CAAB Mercati is a unique opportunity to internationalize and to stand as the main player in the sector.
