Success in Asian markets for Australian products

Australian exports of vegetables increased to Asian markets.

AUSVEG, the Australian organization of producers, welcomed its recent trade mission. The organization had invited more than 40 Asian buyers and distributors at its National Convention held in Cairns (Queensland, northeast Australia).

The Convention brought together over 1000 Australian producers allowed many contacts and very fast negociations. Since the date of this agreement AUSVEG indicates a net increase in exports of vegetables to Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan.
