Garlic smuggling is rampant in Europe, even in Sweden and Norway.

it by truck into Sweden without declaring it as Chinese garlic.
The scam have led to € 10.6 million in unpaid taxes. Traffic lasted from February 2009 to June 2010. Swedish court did not divulge the names of the culprits.
