Prim'land launches sweet green pepper season

The pepper is not hot and has a wide use because its fragrance evolves as it matures. Prim'Land markets the peppers until October 15.
Prim’land has launched the season for sweet pepper in the Basque Country and in the south of the Landes.
The peppers are not hot (Level 1 on the Scoville scale) and grown using methods of sound production for the environment in small vegetable farms, whose production of pepper is 0.5 ha maximum operating in the field.
Harvesting is manual. Planted in April the peppers are grown in cold greenhouse or heated to promote the growth of regular chili. The sales period extends until October 15.
Packaging: Bulk bag of 200 g (12 chillies on average per bag).
