Extreme weather conditions held the 2007 Australian grape harvest to the smallest in seven years.
A survey by the Australian ministry of agriculture predicted a harvest of 1.34 million metric tons - nearly 30 percent lower than last year.
The survey said unseasonable weather ranging from drought and bushfires to frost and heavy rain in January reduced the ton-per-acre yield of grapes to a 30-year low.
