Unica Group joins Grupo AN

Unica Group joins Grupo An, together they are now the first Spanish exporter of Fruits & Vegetables.
After months of negotiations, Grupo AN and Unica Group agreed their integration into a new giant cooperation.
UNICA Group, based in Almeria, joined GRUPO AN, based in Navarre. The new structure will be present in eight Spanish regions and became the first exporter of fruits and vegetables in the country.
The turnover will reach 919 million euros (684 million from GRUPO AN and 235 million UNICA Group).
The new structure allows GRUPO AN to position itself as the second largest cooperative group in terms of sales behind COREN and in front ANECOOP, DCOOP, COVAP, COBADU, AGROPAL, ACOR, ACTEL.
