Canadian grower switches to organic

Canadian grower South Alder Greenhouses is switching from conventional to organic production. The company grows tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers and has already transitioned two of its three greenhouses from conventional to organic. It expects to transition the third greenhouse within the next 12 months.
