Fleuron d'Anjou launches "Insolites à table", of traditional vegetables to rediscover.
Fleuron d'Anjou, which sells a huge range of vegetable products, has added a new range of traditional vegetables.
The range "Insolites à table" is an invitation to discover new flavours. Each tray gives information concerning the proper use of the product: how to wash, peel, cut and cook. A mini recipe book enables consumers to vary their preparations.
Fleuron d'Anjou is an association of over 150
producers. Specialties include bulbs (shallots, onions), vegetables in bunches (radishes, carrots, turnips), asparagus, salad (lettuce, corn salad, fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrants, redcurrants, blackberries). Also, a number of heirloom vegetables, almost forgotten, that are now back in fashion and marketed in this new range.
