The German organic market is increasing

The German organic fruit and vegetable market is increasing with sales of fresh fruits to rise by 8,1% to 236 million euros in 2003. Among them, the exotic and tropical fruit seem to be the most profitable and accounted for 40% of the volumes in 2002.
