The Dutch Koppert Cress Company, which was repurchased on July 1, 2002 by Mr. Rob Baan, aims its collection of "micro vegetables"
("Cress") to Hotels, Restaurants and Catering.
These micro vegetables will bring the final key to your dishes. Completely
innovating, you will be surprised by the characteristic of their aspects and perfumes combining the pleasure of the eyes to that
of the taste, without forgetting their nutritive contributions, real benefit for everybody's health (minimum 10 days - preserving).
More than 10 varieties are available, including the lately created one, the Affilla Cress with the taste of pea.
