Spain: oranges and lemons to Japan

Kobe, Nagoya and Yokohama are the Japanese ports that have been receiving deliveries of oranges (Lane Late variety) and lemons (Verna variety). After 3 years without citrus exports, since March 2007 a total of 26 containers arrived to Japan from Spain. Five important marketing companies are the links in Japan to distribute the citrus among the main local retail chains.
