Summit conference at MACFRUT

M.Scarpellini, president of Macfrut announces the big novelty of this year.
A summit conference of the producing regions of fruit and vegetables in Europe (Italy, France, Spain and Greece) will be held at MacFrut exhibition.
The representatives will work on 3 themes:
- Give stability to prices of fruits and vegetables
- Give stability to fluctuations in world markets
- Work on the oppression of the large distribution.
A document is planned to be established with concrete propositions to prevent and manage the current crisis, stabilize and grant the sector.
This document will be introduced to Ministers for Agriculture of the various countries to find common solutions to the European level.
Mr Scarpellini reminds how much it is important that our politics become aware that it is vital to create opportunities to protect production and environment.
